Qualifications

• . Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field; MBA/ MPH preferred.
• 8+ years leadership in healthcare with cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Experience building business cases, governance, and driving measurable outcomes.
• Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Cost Stewardship strategic roadmap across Clinical/Medical Management, Payment Integrity, Network Management, and Pharmacy levers.
• Lead end-to-end initiative lifecycle from opportunity to execution with clear milestones and ownership.
• Monitor portfolio execution, identify dependencies, escalate blockers, and ensure delivery of savings targets.
• Partner with Finance, Actuarial, Health Informatics to translate opportunities into proven initiatives with KPIs.
• Establish governance and reporting frameworks with dashboards and executive communications.
• Develop standardized tools and continuous improvement practices for portfolio execution.
