Qualifications

• Required Education: Bachelor's Degree.
• Required Experience: 2+ years hands-on experience supporting SaaS applications, system administration, CRMs, or database environments in an administrative unit or departmental setting.
• Preferred Experience: 3+ years in higher education Admissions, Registrar, or Enrollment Management operations.
• Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Basic system administration, database maintenance, data integrations, attention to detail, analytical mindset, and access control protocols.
• Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Familiarity with Technolutions Slate and higher education Student Information Systems, API data exchange, and error log analysis.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and evaluate Admissions software and SaaS platforms.
• Partner with leadership, central IT, and external vendors to manage daily systems operations and enhancements.
• Ensure data quality and reliable data flow to and from Slate CRM to support applicant processing.
• Align technology with institutional strategy and safeguard system stability and data integrity.
