Job summary

Learning Care is seeking an Assistant Director to support center operations, uphold licensing standards, and create a warm, engaging environment for children and families.

This role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and community involvement, with opportunities for ongoing training and career growth within the Learning Care family. You will work with families, ensure safety, and drive program quality while maintaining a collaborative, positive workplace.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
