Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking an Assistant Director to ensure safe, effective school operations with the School Director. In the Director's absence, you will assume sole responsibility for the school and support the growth of children socially, physically, and intellectually.

You will lead a caring team, uphold licensing standards, and promote a positive image of the company within the community.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, effective operation of the school in collaboration with the School Director.
• Assist in promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.

The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Learning Care Group's safety vision. In the Director's absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school. The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children

Job Requirements:
