Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a qualified Assistant Director to uphold licensing standards, foster a caring educational environment, and lead a positive, team-oriented center. You will recruit, select, and retain quality staff while ensuring profitable operation and safety for children and families.

As a leader, you will model accountability, responsibility, creativity, and a positive image for the center, coordinating with families and state regulators to maintain high quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have leadership experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and center requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
