Job summary

La Petite Academy in Texas seeks an Assistant Director to help lead a caring, educational environment for children and families. You will oversee daily operations, ensure licensing compliance, and partner with families to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
