Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking an Assistant Director to help run the day-to-day operations of a licensed childcare center in Texas. You will lead staff, ensure licensing compliance, and support families with a safe, nurturing environment.

This role focuses on leadership, program quality, and teamwork, with opportunities for growth through ongoing training and the center's Master Teacher Program.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
