The Learning Experience in Milford, CT is seeking an Assistant Director to support daily operations of our early childhood education center. You will work closely with center leadership, staff, families, and children to ensure a safe, welcoming, and high‑quality learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Center leadership team.
• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the child care center.
• Greet families and visitors, answer phones and emails, schedule tours, and provide excellent customer service.
• Support enrollment, registration, attendance, billing, and recordkeeping.
• Maintain accurate and confidential student, family, and employee records.
• Assist with licensing, compliance, and required documentation.
• Support classroom operations as needed to ensure a safe and nurturing environment.
• Assist with family engagement activities, center events, and community outreach.
• Collaborate with teachers and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.
