Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. in Lynnwood, WA seeks an Assistant Director to help run a licensed childcare center and support the School Director. The role includes stepping in when the director is absent to ensure safe and effective operation.

You will promote social, physical, and intellectual growth of children while adhering to licensing standards and company policies, and recruit and retain qualified staff.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Leadership experience and at least 1 year in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state education and center requirements.

The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Learning Care Group’s safety vision. In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school. The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Compensation/Benefits:

• Compensation of a starting hourly at $25.13 based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
