Job summary

Learning Care Group's Assistant Director oversees the safe, effective operation of the school alongside the School Director. In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school and supports the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.

The role emphasizes accountability for licensing standards, creating an educational and caring environment, and recruiting and retaining quality staff to ensure profitability and communities’ trust in Learning

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience and be able to recruit and retain staff.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience in licensed childcare facility is required.
• Minimum of an AA in Early Childhood Education/Child Development/Human Services and 3 years of experience.
• Must meet state requirements for education and center/school requirements.
