Job summary

Learning Care Group seeks an Assistant Director for its Lititz, PA location to help run the school under the Director’s supervision. You will ensure compliance with licensing standards and uphold a safe, educational atmosphere for children and families.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of leadership experience in a licensed childcare facility.
• Minimum of an AA in Early Childhood Education/Child Development/Human Services and 3 years of experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent; must meet state requirements for education and center/school.

The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Learning Care Group’s safety vision. In the Director’s absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school. The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children
