Job summary

Nido Early School, a new Centre Director role, is seeking an Executive Service Manager to inspire teams and build strong family connections. You will oversee rostering, budgeting, and compliance while mentoring educators to deliver excellence and foster a child-safe, inclusive environment.

You’ll lead by example, form partnerships with families and the community, and model respectful, collaborative leadership.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised).
• At least 2 years’ leadership experience in the sector.
• Solid knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Strong mentoring and communication skills.
• Valid Police Check (or willing to obtain).
• WWCC and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Federally mandated ‘National Child Safety Training’ via Geccko (or willing to obtain) before employment.
