Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. is seeking an Assistant Director for our child care program in Flemington, NJ. In collaboration with the School Director, you will ensure safe, high-quality operation and oversee daily activities to support learning and wellbeing.

You will lead a caring team, recruit and retain qualified staff, meet state licensing standards, and help the center thrive financially while delivering an engaging, inclusive environment for children and families.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist the School Director with the safe, effective operation of the school.

In the Director's absence, the Assistant Director has sole responsibility for the school. The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age

Compensation/Benefits:

• Compensation of $23.61/hourly starting based on Position, Education and Experience. Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options.
