You will supervise staff, coordinate scheduling, manage inventories, and assist the Registered Dietitian with clinical and administrative duties to ensure high-quality resident care.

The role requires leadership and experience in administration or clinical settings, with a focus on budget adherence and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum required relevant experience in healthcare or food service administration.
• Experience in staff scheduling, inventory management, and food ordering is preferred.
• Must possess leadership qualities and be able to supervise FNS partners.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and supervise all dietary functions and partners.
• Ensure nutritious meals and accommodate special diets.
• Manage food and supply purchases and maintain cost records; meet budget guidelines.
• Interviews, hires, trains, counsels, disciplines, and when appropriate, terminates dietary staff.
• Assist Registered Dietitian with clinical and administrative duties.
