Job summary

NHC HealthCare Charleston is seeking a Food Services Manager to lead our Food Nutrition Service team in a healthcare setting. This full-time role emphasizes coordination with the FNS Director, RDN, NDTR, and administrative leadership to ensure compliant, high-quality food service operations for residents and patients.

The position requires sanitation certification and healthcare food service experience, along with strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have or obtain an approved Sanitation Course certification.
• Must have Healthcare Food Service Experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, directing, and supervising all Food Nutrition Service functions.
• Collaborate with FNS Director, RDN, NDTR, Regional Dietitian and Administrator.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations affecting FNS.
• Assist in making food and supply purchases and maintaining expense records.
