Qualifications

• Previous cooking experience required.
• Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to dietary and safety standards.
• Assist with staff scheduling and daily departmental operations.
• Manage purchasing and inventory control.
• Provide supervision and guidance to dietary staff.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required.
• Support compliance with long-term care regulations and quality standards.
