Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service/sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Product Sales Specialists to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Complete product specialist certification courses and maintain knowledge of merchandise and installation.
• Oversee merchandising, pricing and organization of the department; communicate SOPs to associates.
• Greet customers, assist with product questions and selections, and process transactions at POS.
• Present in-store classes and ensure accurate product placement and pricing.
