Job summary
Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Training Specialist to develop Product Sales Specialists and ensure customers have a positive shopping experience by delivering exceptional service and product knowledge.
The role requires a HS diploma and 1 year of customer service or sales experience; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; and readiness to uphold safe procedures while contributing to showroom merchandising and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Requires High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and ability to multitask
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide helpful, courteous assistance
- Process customers at checkout using the POS system and handle refunds/exchanges
- Provide product information and guidance to customers to support sales
- Lead and train Product Sales Specialists to deliver exceptional service
- Ensure merchandising, pricing and department organization meet company standards
- Complete product specialist certification courses and maintain knowledge of merchandise
