Von Maur is seeking an Assistant Shoe Department Manager in Livonia, MI. You will represent Von Maur, drive retail growth, and develop associates to provide top-tier customer experiences.

You will lead by example, train staff, optimize merchandising, and ensure annual sales and department goals are met while maintaining strong customer relations. The role requires flexibility for day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications
