Job summary

Von Maur, Inc. is seeking a Shoe Department Manager to lead our footwear team at our Rochester Hills location. You will motivate associates, coach performance, and build relationships to drive sales and exceptional customer experiences.

This role emphasizes brand knowledge, on-the-floor leadership, and promoting from within. You’ll rotate day, evening, and weekend shifts, deliver training, and ensure the department meets its goals while upholding Von Maur’s legendary service.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a sales team.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem solving.
