Job summary

URBN is expanding and opening a new store in Kennesaw, GA and is seeking Sales Associates to join the team. You will greet customers, inform them of promotions, and process sales at the register in a fast-paced environment.

Support will extend to maintaining a clean store, handling shipments, and collaborating with the team to meet store goals. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required; the role may involve lifting heavy items.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service.
• Experience being a team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes and furniture.

Reclectic is growing and opening a new location in Kennesaw, GA! We are looking for Sales Associatesto join this team.

Role Responsibilities

Customer Experience

• Initiates conversation with customers as they enter the store and informs them of current promotions
• Supportsa selling environment in all areas of the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers, sharing product information, and helping to maintain a well-kept, clean store
• Processes sales for the customer accurately and efficientlyas a cashier

Teamwork + Communication

• Contributes to the store by being positive, respectful, and helpful to others
• Collaborates with peers and leadership, sharing ideas and jumping in to support the needs of the team
• Exhibits a willingness to learn and adapt; is flexible to change and open to try new ways of doing things
• Ensures timeliness and accountability to scheduled shifts to support a well-staffed, positive environment

Visual + Business Operations

• Maintains visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer
• Supports processing shipment, tagging, staging, and placing new product
• Adheres to store's safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store

Pay Range

Starting from USD $14.00/Hr.
