Responsibilities include managing daily tasks, mentoring associates, and ensuring a seamless shopping environment. The position requires flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and a focus on safety and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a retail environment.
• Strong communication skills with ability to set clear objectives.
• Able to climb ladders and lift/push 50 lbs+ as needed.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the store experience by guiding customer interactions and promoting promotions.
• Drive sales and productivity through daily zone management and leadership.
• Provide timely feedback to the team to foster accountability and growth.
• Support opening/closing procedures and ensure pricing and promotions are accurate.
