Reclectic is opening a new location in Kennesaw, GA, and seeks an Associate Store Manager to support all store operations with focus on delivering an engaging retail experience while optimizing efficiency. The role collaborates with the Store Manager to drive brand growth, community engagement, and strong personnel development.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of store leadership experience, a track record of hiring and developing talent, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights

Qualifications

• 5+ years of store leadership experience in high-volume retail
• Proven record of hiring and developing great talent
• Strong understanding of merchant processes and their impact on the business
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for Reclectic brand and concept

Responsibilities

• Support all store operations in collaboration with the Store Manager
• Lead brand growth and local events to promote identity and customer centricity
• Support leadership recruitment, onboarding and training for new stores
• Ensure efficient operations, merchandising, and presentation to create a compelling store experience
• Cultivate an inclusive, welcoming environment and engage with community
• Collaborate with partners to optimize staffing, payroll accuracy, and compliance
• Uphold visuals and SOPs to drive profitability and product flow
• Manage scheduling, payroll accuracy, and local labor compliance
