Job summary

Reclectic is expanding and opening a new location in Kennesaw, GA. We are seeking a Department Manager to join the team and lead brand experiences, merchandising, and daily store operations at 615 Ernest West Barrett Parkway, Cobb, Georgia.

The role focuses on recruiting and developing a diverse team, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving store performance through smart scheduling and analytics. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is expected in this fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• 3+ years store leadership experience.
• Proven record of hiring and developing great talent.
• Strong understanding of merchant process and how it impacts the business.
• Experience in coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand representative and collaborates on engaging visual experience for Reclectic customers.
• Supports Store Manager to elevate store experience through product flow, operations and visual merchandising.
• Delivers genuine customer experiences and interprets feedback to improve store interactions.
• Recruits, hires, and retains a diverse and engaged team; supports onboarding and development.
• Manages staffing needs, scheduling, and aligns skills to business requirements.
• Collaborates with leadership to assess sell-through and opportunities to drive store sales.
• Ensures payroll, timekeeping, and store policies are followed for accountability.
• Maintains organized, clean store and handles facilities/maintenance issues as needed.
• Provides feedback to improve operations and store performance.

Role Responsibilities

Brand Experience

• Actsas a brand representative reflective of the company values; collaborates with store leadership on the creation of an engaging visual experience that appeals to theReclecticcustomer
• Supportsthe Store Manager to elevate every aspect of the store experience throughoptimizing product flow,efficient store operations and visualmerchandisingtocreate a compellingatmosphere
• Cultivatesa welcoming and inclusive environment by being highly focused ondelivering genuinecustomer experiences that are engaging, efficient, and personalized; interprets customer feedback and team insights to positively improvestoreinteractions

Leadership + Team Management

• Takesan active role in recruiting, hiring, andretaininga diverse and engaged team; takes responsibility fortheirown development and professionalgrowth
• Providestimelyand specific employee feedback to create a culture of action and accountability;facilitatesa thorough and thoughtful onboarding for new hires,equitabledevelopment paths for all employees, and a focus on employeeengagement
• Assessesstaff scheduling needs andassistsmanagingteam availability, requests off, andidentifies employeeskill set to create an effective schedule that aligns with business requirements

Visual + Business Operations

• Collaborates with leadership team toassessproduct sell-throughandidentifystore successes and opportunities; effectively leads an empowered team to make strategic, creative, business-impactingdecisions
• Activelyholds team accountable toscheduling and timekeeping policy throughconsistentpayrollmanagement
• Increasesstore sales through a strong level of customer service,businessand key metric analysis, andmaintainingstock levelstooptimizeproductflow
• Maintains a well-organized,cleanand presentable building and championstimlyescalation of facilities/maintenance issues/technologyissues
• Interprets Home Office direction to impact store’s structure, presentation, and overall productivity to drive store sales.Providesfeedback to Store Managerto continuously improve operations.
• Adheres to store’s safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of thestore

Role Qualifications
