Job summary

Reclectic is opening a new store in Kennesaw, GA and seeks a Department Manager to lead a high‑energy team. You will oversee brand presentation, store operations, and customer experience to reflect Reclectic values and standards.

You will partner with the Store Manager to optimize product flow, staffing, and merchandising while coaching your team to deliver consistent, personable service during nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years store leadership experience.
• Proven record of hiring and developing great talent.
• Strong understanding of merchant process and how it impacts the business.
• Experience in coaching, counseling and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Passion for Reclectic brand and concept.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand representative reflecting the company values; collaborates with store leadership on creation of engaging visual experience that appeals to Reclectic customers.
• Supports the Store Manager to elevate store experience through optimizing product flow, efficient store operations and visual merchandising.
• Cultivates a welcoming and inclusive environment by delivering genuine customer experiences that are engaging, efficient, and personalized; interprets customer feedback to improve store interactions.
• Takes an active role in recruiting, hiring, and retaining a diverse and engaged team; develops staff.
• Provides timely and specific employee feedback, onboarding for new hires, and equitable development paths; focuses on employee engagement.
• Assesses staff scheduling needs and aligns with business requirements; manages availability and time-off requests.
• Collaborates with leadership to assess product sell-through and store performance; leads a team to make strategic, creative decisions.
• Ensures payroll timekeeping compliance and holds team accountable to scheduling policy.
• Increases store sales through customer service, KPI analysis, and maintaining stock levels.
• Keeps building organized, clean and presentable; escalates facilities/maintenance issues.
• Implements Home Office direction to optimize store structure and productivity.
• Adheres to safety standards, inventory accuracy, and company policies.
• Promotes an inclusive environment by representing diverse voices and perspectives.
• Fosters strong communication and teamwork; ensures important store information reaches all levels.
