Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan is seeking a Furniture Delivery Driver to bring customers’ purchases from our warehouse to their homes. You will inspect, wrap, and load the truck to ensure every order is protected for delivery.

At every delivery you will assemble furniture, perform minor touchups, place each item as the customer envisions, and provide friendly, professional service while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• A commitment to Raymour & Flanigan's safety practices and a clean, safe work environment.
• A valid driver's license with a clean, qualfied driving record.
• Successful completion of a DOT physical exam and MVR.
• Experience operating a 24--26 ft. straight/box truck.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Professionalism, patience, and courtesy during every customer interaction.
• Physical ability to lift, lower, push, and pull furniture (including 200+ lbs), on stairs and through tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, wrap, and load the truck to protect every order for delivery.
• Assemble furniture at the customer's home and place pieces where requested.
• Perform minor touchups when needed and ensure accurate setup.
• Maintain safety, quality, and customer-focused service throughout the delivery.

What You'll Do

As a Furniture Delivery Driver, you will play a hands-on and meaningful role in bringing each customer's purchase to life. You'll inspect, wrap, and load your truck to ensure every order is protected and ready for delivery. Once you arrive at each home, you will assemble furniture, perform minor touchups when needed, and place each piece exactly where the customer envisions it. Your craftsmanship, care, and courtesy turn an empty space into a home, making you the final and memorable step in the customer experience.

What We Need From You

• The physical ability to lift, lower, push, and pull furniture of all sizes, including pieces over 200 lbs., while navigating stairs, tight corners, and varying weather conditions.
