Job summary

Lowes Foods, LLC is seeking a Deli Manager to supervise the deli department, ensure guest service standards, and maintain merchandising and operations to maximize sales. You will act in the department manager's absence and guide staff to meet performance targets.

• Maintain sanitation and safety throughout the department according to Lowes Foods standards.
• Provide guidance, orientation, training and feedback to ensure deli department hosts achieve satisfactory performance standards.
• Perform product preparation, receiving, ordering, stocking and guest service as necessary to achieve standards.
• Maintain department’s labor budget and scheduling standards.
• Performs PA announcements.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management.

Assume the duties of the Department Manager in their absence.
