Job summary

Unitek Learning Education Group Corp. is seeking an Assistant Dean to support the Dean in instructional and management duties for a Workforce Development site. You will supervise nursing activities, oversee curricula, and coordinate with clinical partners to ensure program success.

The role involves planning, budgeting, and policy adherence, with a focus on teaching load, student records, and accreditation readiness. Strong leadership and collaboration are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing, education, or administration, or BSN with MSN enrollment.
• California RN license or license valid in site location.
• Minimum one year teaching experience in pre- or post-licensure nursing programs.
• Strong leadership, communications, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Dean with planning, development, management, and evaluation of the program.
• Supervise nursing program activities and clinical site coordination.
• Manage program budget, schedules, and compliance with boards.
• Support student recruitment, admissions, and outcomes tracking.
