ServiceSource, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Program Manager for our Day Support Program in Northern Virginia. This role supports the Program Manager, ensures program delivery, and maintains regulatory compliance for adults with developmental disabilities.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years of relevant experience, and a valid driver’s license. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within a nonprofit health services environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Three years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities required.
• DBHDS background check required.
• Driver's license required if eligible to drive.

Responsibilities

• Perform the duties of the Program Manager in the absence of the Program Manager and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support individuals served and staff, maintaining compliance with regulatory bodies and organizational policies.
• Complete and review evaluation/assessment reports, ISPs, progress notes, and related documentation with accuracy.
• Promote active engagement and ensure a safe, clean, and compliant environment for participants.
