Job summary

ServiceSource Inc. is seeking Direct Support Professionals for our Adult Day Support Programs in Northern Virginia. The role focuses on guiding adults with developmental disabilities through daily activities, social and life-skill learning, and community inclusion.

You will implement PCPs and maintain detailed progress notes. The position offers a fixed weekday schedule with no evenings or weekends, comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, PTO, and strong retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; 1 year experience with adults with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in human services and related experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide active engagement and support for participants in daily programming.
• Develop and implement Person Centered Plans (PCP) outcomes.
• Maintain accurate PCP documentation and daily notes.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to procedures.
• Communicate with families and coordinators as directed.
• Complete required trainings and participate in meetings.
