ServiceSource in Oakton, VA is hiring an Assistant Program Manager for our day support program serving adults with disabilities, helping participants build skills for community employment. You will support daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Preferred supervisory experience.
• Must pass fingerprinting and background checks.
• Knowledge of Medicaid, Licensure, CARF regulations may be helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the day-support program.
• Assist Program Manager and staff; ensure records and documentation are compliant.
• Coordinate engagement activities and community integration for participants.
• Maintain quality participant records and data accuracy.
