Opportunity Partners, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking an Assistant Day Service Manager to oversee person-centered services, lead a team of support coaches and coordinators, and develop day service programs aligned with our goals.

This role requires supervisory experience and a background in human services; you will help manage budgets and ensure services meet the needs of people with disabilities. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM.

Qualifications

• A 4-year degree in Human Services or a related field plus at least one year of experience in the human service industry.
• A baccalaureate degree in a field related to human services, and one year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older.
• An associate degree in a field related to human services, and two years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older.
• A diploma in a field related to human services from an accredited postsecondary institution and three years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older.
• A minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities and four years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older under supervision of a staff person who meets the qualifications listed above.

Responsabilités

• Service delivery: oversees person-centered services so processes and procedures are defined and evaluated regularly, and quality is improved.
• Personnel management: supervises staff, identifies roles, enhances skills, promotes teamwork, and hires as per the job description.
• Program development: develops Day Services to meet changing needs of individuals seeking supports.
• Financial management: assists in budget creation and monitors projections.
