Responsibilities

• Review and process customer credit applications
• Evaluate customer credit information and maintain accurate records
• Contact customers regarding outstanding balances and payment inquiries
• Deposit, post, and reconcile customer payments
• Assist with accounts receivable and collection activities
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Provide administrative support and complete additional office duties as assigned
