Qualifications

• Previous inside sales or phone sales preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through phone calls and email communication.
• Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on sales leads.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Collaborate with operations and management team.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM systems.
