Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
• 1–3 years of direct experience, construction or technology preferred.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, editing, and negotiating commercial, technical, licensing agreements.
• Strong knowledge of legal principles, research, and writing.
• Proficiency in MS Office and redlining/editing in Word.

Responsibilities

• Review and draft legal documents including NDAs, contracts, and LOIs.
• Support immigration matters when needed.
• Research statutes and cases; analyze information and prepare reports.
