Job summary

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor with a good-standing license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 4–6 years of relevant legal experience in law firm or corporate setting.
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and advising business clients.
• Experience in product compliance, supply chain, litigation, or labor and employment; willingness to expand.
• Strong analysis, risk judgment, and ability to communicate clearly with leadership.
• Ethical standards and client service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements.
• Advise leaders on legal, commercial, and operational risks.
• Counsel on product compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Support supply chain sourcing and risk allocation matters.
• Manage or support disputes, investigations, and outside counsel oversight.
• Provide legal support on HR and labor matters as needed.
• Develop templates, playbooks, and training for consistent legal support.
• Monitor legal developments and communicate practical impact to stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as requested by Lead Counsel or General Counsel.
