Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from ABA-accredited law school; active bar admission in one or more states.
• 3–5 years of experience drafting and negotiating corporate or large-scale contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to explain complex terms clearly.
• Experience supporting sales, operations, and finance teams on contracts.

Responsibilities

• Review, red-line, negotiate, and implement customer and vendor contracts.
• Advise on contractual language and develop alternative provisions.
• Collaborate with General Counsel and cross-functional teams to protect company interests.
• Serve as contract gatekeeper to ensure approvals and retention of contracts.
• Manage master contract logs and help refine contract policies.
