Job summary

KNAPP, a leading warehouse automation provider, seeks a Senior Contract Analyst in Kennesaw, GA. You will own RBS contracts, perform analytical reviews, and guide cross-functional teams to ensure contractual and financial compliance. Travel up to 15% and a focus on data governance are key aspects.

You will collaborate with finance, operations, and global stakeholders to drive strategic contract management, reporting, and process improvements, shaping decisions at leadership level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of contract management, financial analysis, accounting, or project coordination experience preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced understanding of SAP BW and related SAP modules.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and maintain accountability.
• Proven success working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage complex issues with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned RBS project contracts from initiation through closure.
• Analyze and interpret contract terms to align with goals, benchmarks, and requirements.
• Lead development of contract strategy recommendations, including risk mitigation and cost optimization.
• Approve contract modifications and financial adjustments within authority.
• Provide guidance to internal teams regarding obligations and deviations.
• Support leadership in shaping long-term contract management frameworks.
• Provide high-level customer support regarding contract and invoicing queries.
