Our client, manufacturing operations is seeking a Assistant Conversion Operatorto join their team. As a Assistant Conversion Operator you will be part of the production team supporting line operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, a focus on quality, and the drive to troubleshoot and improve performance—aligning successfully with the organization’s production goals.

Location: Louisville, KY

Pay Range: $20.75

Shift: 11PM-7AM

• Aid the lead Operator in optimizing the machinery and troubleshooting to support stable production
• Maintain quality by continually adjusting gauges that control machine speed
