Job summary

Mac Haik Southway Ford is seeking an experienced Assistant Controller / Office Manager to join our high-volume Ford dealership in Texas. This newly created role offers the opportunity to lead the accounting office and partner with senior leadership to ensure accurate financial controls, payroll, and reporting.

Ideal candidates will have automotive dealership accounting experience, strong staff leadership, and the ability to hire, staff, and train office personnel in a fast-paced environment.

• Automotive dealership accounting experience is required.
• CDK experience preferred.
• Ability to hire, staff, and train office personnel.

Requirements

• Automotive dealership accounting experience is REQUIRED
• CDK experience preferred
• Strong understanding of dealership office operations
• Must be able to hire, properly staff, and train office personnel
• Ability to lead and develop a strong accounting office team
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
