Mac Haik Southway Ford in San Antonio is seeking an experienced Assistant Controller / Office Manager to join our high-volume Ford dealership. You will work closely with the Controller and General Manager to oversee accounting, payroll, and vendor relations while ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of automotive dealership accounting, CDK experience, and a proven ability to hire, train, and lead an office team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of automotive dealership accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of dealership office operations.
• Ability to hire, staff, and train office personnel.
• Ability to lead and develop an accounting office team.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Controller and General Manager in accounting operations.
• Oversee payroll, vendor relations, and month-end close.
• Hire, train, and manage office staff for a high-volume dealership.
• Maintain accurate reporting and internal controls in a fast-paced environment.
