Mac Haik Southway Ford is seeking an experienced Assistant Controller / Office Manager to join a top-performing Ford dealership. This role reports to the Controller and GM and involves leading the accounting office, staff development, and ensuring efficient, accurate dealership financial operations.

The ideal candidate has automotive dealership accounting experience, strong leadership, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Automotive dealership accounting experience is required.
• CDK experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of dealership office operations.
• Must be able to hire, staff and train office personnel.
• Ability to lead and develop a strong accounting office team.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily accounting office operations in a high-volume dealership.
• Lead hiring, staffing and training of office personnel.
• Collaborate with Controller and GM to ensure financial accuracy and performance.
