Mac Haik Southway Ford in Dallas seeks an experienced Assistant Controller / Office Manager to lead the accounting office at a high-volume Ford dealership. You will work alongside senior leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting, staffing, and internal controls.

Formación

• Automotive dealership accounting experience REQUIRED.
• CDK experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of dealership office operations.
• Must be able to hire, staff, and train office personnel.
• Ability to lead and develop a strong accounting office team.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the accounting office and related close processes.
• Hire, staff, and train office personnel to ensure coverage and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the Controller and GM on financial reporting and controls.
• Maintain high standards in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment.
