Job summary

Tokio Marine HCC is seeking an Assistant Controller to assist the Controller/Director in maintaining accounting principles and financial systems. The role includes budgeting, financial reporting, and presenting findings to senior management.

You will direct daily accounting operations, support regulatory filings, and drive process improvements across the finance function. The position requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred, and at least eight years of progressive

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily functions of the Accounting department and lead budgeting and reporting.
• Prepare GAAP and statutory reports; coordinate with auditors.
• Support senior management with financial analysis and variance explanations.
• Assist with planning, budgeting, and updating accounting policies.
