The ideal candidate has a CPA, 7–10 years of accounting experience, and 1–2 years of management experience, with strong stakeholder management and public accounting exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Current CPA credential.
• Public accounting experience.
• 7–10 years of progressively responsible general accounting experience.
• 1–2 years of management/leadership experience.
• Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Ensure financial statements are prepared accurately and on time.
• Interpret and analyze financial data statements.
• Assist monthly close processes and audits.
• Improve accuracy and completeness of month-end close.
• Lead and develop teams to meet strategic objectives.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and internal controls.
• Coordinate with tax accountants for federal, state and local returns.
• Support FP&A in long-term planning and variances analysis.
