Job summary

Tokio Marine HCC - A&H Group is seeking a finance professional to manage internal financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting at the Kennesaw, GA location. You will influence senior leadership decisions by analyzing past performance and translating it into actionable insights.

Requirements include a bachelor's in accounting/finance and strong GAAP/IFRS knowledge. Master's degree and professional certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 Year / bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, a related field, or the equivalent education and/or experience.
• Preferred Graduate Degree Master's degree in Business Administration and/or financial professional certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage internal financial reporting processes and content.
• Lead financial budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Analyze and interpret past business performance and support corporate strategy.
• Communicate findings to internal customers and senior leadership.
• Maintain knowledge of GAAP, IFRS and statutory accounting principles.
