Tokio Marine HCC – A&H Group in Kennesaw, GA is seeking a Finance leader to manage internal financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting. You will analyze past performance and translate insights for business unit leaders, guiding strategy and improving processes.

The role requires strong GAAP/IFRS knowledge, excellent communication with Senior Leadership, and ability to drive complex analyses and cross-functional collaboration. Hybrid work schedule with competitive benefits is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree in Business Administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance internal financial reporting processes.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Analyze past performance and translate insights for strategy.
• Communicate findings to internal customers and management.
• Lead complex analyses to influence Senior Leadership decisions.
• Maintain knowledge of GAAP, IFRS and statutory accounting principles.
