Job summary

SNI Financial is partnering with a rapidly scaling PE-backed technology company in the data center/AI infrastructure space to add an Assistant Controller. This high-visibility role supports a growth-focused business and offers a clear path to Controller as the current leader retires in 3–5 years.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in month-end close, general ledger, and financial reporting, plus manufacturing cost accounting experience.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Big 4 or large public accounting foundation + industry experience.
• Strong GAAP / financial reporting knowledge.
• Manufacturing / cost accounting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close including JEs, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Oversee general ledger activity and key balance sheet areas.
• Partner cross-functionally with FP&A and operations.
• Assist with audits, controls, and process improvements.
• Contribute to cost accounting and inventory related processes.
