Job summary

Edged Data Centers is seeking a hands-on Assistant Controller to lead accounting operations for a rapidly growing data-center infrastructure company. This role will oversee global close, reporting, CapEx/fixed asset accounting, process improvement, and team development across an expanding portfolio of data center projects.

Reporting to the VP, Controller, you will collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Project Delivery, Development, Procurement, Legal, auditors, and Treasury, serving as a key

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance required; CPA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with close/reporting leadership.
• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge and complex accounting transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close, including reconciliations and reporting.
• Oversee operating expenses, CapEx, fixed assets, leases, intercompany activity, payroll, and tax matters.
• Manage project accounting for data center development and construction projects.
