SDL Search Partners is seeking an Assistant Controller to lead the US finance function, reporting to the Controller and CFO. The role oversees GL, AP, AR, Treasury, internal controls, and financial reporting for senior leadership.

• 10-15+ years of GL accounting, financial reporting, and accounting function oversight.
• CPA is a plus but not required.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills and openness to new ideas.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the full accounting and finance function for the US business unit, including GL, AP, AR, Treasury, internal controls buildout, and financial reporting and analysis for senior leadership.
• Lead 2 direct reports (2 Senior Accountants) and 2 indirect reports, driving process improvements and strategic initiatives.
• Deliver frequent presentations to senior leadership and support rapid-growth objectives within the organization.

Dynamic, growth-mode company, has a newly created, leadership level role for an Assistant Controller.

Overseeing 2 direct reports and 2 indirect reports, this Assistant Controller will lead the finance function for the US business unit, reporting to Controller and CFO.

This Assistant Controller will oversee 2 Senior Accountants and will oversee the full accounting and finance function, including AP, AR, Treasury, Internal Controls buildout, GL Accounting, and Financial Reporting and Analysis for senior leadership.

The ideal candidate has experience in a rapid-growth organization and the team is looking for someone who thrives in that environment. Direct communication, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for innovation are highly desired.

This is an on-site role, with flexible hours (some start their days early and leave early, and others start later and leave later in the day).

• BS, Accounting / Finance or related
• CPA is a plus but not required
• 10 -15+ years of GL Accounting, financial reporting, & accounting function oversight
